Can’t login into your account / Re-set password

There are several reasons why you may not be able to login to your accounts as follows

  • - The password you are using is incorrect
  • - You might not have an account
  • - The account was created pre mid 2014 on our old website

If you are unsure of your password please go the account login section by clicking here and click "re-set password link" where you can then enter your email address and receive a password re-set email.

If your account was created on our old website pre mid 2014 you may not have an account on our new website. If this is the case please create a new account at checkout or simply checkout as a guest.

What is 3D Secure

3D Secure is designed to make online shopping transactions safer by authenticating a cardholder’s identity at the time of purchase, through the likes of Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.

Upon checking out on jodieaziz.com if your card is registered for 3D Secure you will be asked to create a new password for your card or enter your existing password if you have already signed up before. Not all cards have 3D secure if your card is registered you can only complete your purchase by entering your password when asked during checkout.

Updating my address

To update your current Billing & Shipping addresses or to add new you can achieve this through your online account. (You must have created an account first) If you click on the "My Account" link in the top right of the website, then login to your account you then have the option to alter or add new addresses. Make sure to save your changes once complete by clicking "save" on each page.

Change my username/password

You can update your current account username or password in your online account. If you click on the "My Account" link in the top right of the website, then login to your account you then have the option to alter both your username and you password. Make sure to save your changes once complete by clicking "save" on each page.
